My approach is rooted in contemporary psychodynamic thinking, which means I’m interested in what has shaped you, what you’ve learned to hold inside, and the patterns that silently organize your relationships, decisions, and sense of self.
We work together to understand those patterns, not from a place of judgment, but with honesty. When therapy is going well, you start to feel more connected to yourself, more able to articulate what you want, and more free to live in ways that feel aligned and grounded.
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, disconnection, relationship strain, identity questions, family complexity, trauma histories, and moments of transition. I also work with those who don’t have a neat narrative for what’s going on, only a sense that something internal is stuck, muted, or out of reach.
