About
My approach is engaged, empathic, curious, and deeply human. I strive to create a space that is warm, collaborative, and open. In this space we can explore your challenges, strengths, goals, and lived experience. The therapeutic relationship can help us understand harmful patterns then use new found insights and skills to heal. By navigating these patterns in a supportive space you can feel capable of making positive change.
I work integratively, drawing from a wide range of perspectives including psychodynamic, attachment, trauma, cognitive, behavioral, and existential therapies to tailor my work to you. These perspectives allow for a deep exploration of self, effecting long-lasting change.
I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals including older adolescents and adults of all genders and cultural backgrounds. I have helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, identity questions, and trauma. Please reach out if you think we'd be a good match.
