I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Idaho and Texas, with an associate level license in Utah. I work with individuals, couples, and families with the goal of helping you experience increased mental health and connection in your relationships. I have experience working with trauma, abuse, depression/anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, addiction, spiritual/religious concerns, and relationship distress. I also have extensive experience working with families and couples. I take a relational approach with my clients and help them to address their concerns with their context in mind.
As a marriage and family therapist, I take a systemic approach to therapy. Our mental and relational health are connected. As such, I help people not only understand themselves better, but their relationships. I ensure we address trauma and pain to help healing. I am also direct and honest, with kindness, to ensure that growth is a priority.
I believe therapy should be a space that honors you and your needs. As such, I work to help my clients reach their goals and experience the growth and healing they desire.
