As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families with the goal of helping you experience improved mental health and increased connection in your relationships. I have experience working with trauma/PTSD, romantic and sexual relationship distress, spiritual/religious concerns, abuse, depression/anxiety, ADHD, and addiction. I have extensive experience working with families, couples and survivors of sexual trauma. I take a relational approach with my clients and help them to address their concerns with their context in mind.
I am grounded in systems theory in my approach to therapy. Our mental and relational health are connected. As such, I help people not only understand themselves better, but their relationships. I ensure we address trauma and pain to help healing. I am also direct and honest, with kindness, to ensure that growth is a priority.
