Hi! I’m Dani! My job as a therapist is to provide you with support in areas that you may be struggling with while also understanding that you are the expert of your own experience. I wholeheartedly believe in a client’s right to self-determination, and I approach all things through the lens of harm reduction. I believe in a strengths perspective that highlights the elements of your life that have nurtured your resiliency and I strive to help you feel more connected to yourself and your community. My goal is to help you feel better.
My therapeutic approach is largely navigated by my commitment to providing an inclusive space that is non-judgmental and anti-oppressive. Our work in a therapy session is not confined to one particular approach, as we are all individuals with our own unique stories and experiences. Fluidity and flexibility in this allow for our work to be a collaboration.
