Healing begins with feeling safe. I believe therapy is meant to offer the safety of being seen, heard, and understood. I aim to create an affirming space that honors the complexity of each person’s identities, values, and lived experiences. My hope is to walk alongside you as you explore what authentic healing can look like for you. My integrative counseling approach is compassionate, holistic, and intersectional. I leverage somatic/mindfulness, psychodynamic, and systems methods to support processing experiences, emotion regulation, self-awareness, acceptance, and growth.
Clients drawn to me are navigating difficulties of unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, & identity or relationship difficulties. My goal is to support & empower clients as they reconnect with themselves/others and discover opportunities to create more harmony, clarity, and resilience. A trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens is central to my work.
