Things like how you met, what clicked, and why you stayed can inform what makes you hang in there now. I find that’s a nice place to start if you’re keeping the bond, sometimes even if you’re not. Wherever you are at in your dynamic, we’ll go into what you would like to see happen here.
Focusing on goals helps highlight not only your vision for the relationship but also challenges for that vision. By recognizing challenges, we open ourselves up to our limitations. That gets tough sometimes! But conflict…conflict can be a beautiful thing. Or at least an opportunity to learn, and to grow.
So, if you want to do the work, I can help facilitate. We’ll explore underlying issues, come up with solutions, and cultivate listening skills in what is at its heart a creative process. Collaboration can be messy, but it allows what needs to come out to come out. Would love to see you there.
