About
Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy at this time, I honor your courage to do so. Perhaps you seek a “coming home” to yourself in a way that feels safe & meaningful. Perhaps you long to understand yourself in relationships or in the world around you. Or perhaps, you wish you make meaning of wounding or painful experiences. I believe that while we are incredibly resilient as humans, our pain is not meant to be held alone; as we need a present & safe other to help us hold, bear, & process these experiences. Thus, I am honored to walk alongside you as we explore & process all that you hold within.
With specialized experience & training working with individuals who have endured trauma, I also specialize in anxiety, women’s issues, & highly sensitive persons. I additionally hold a special interest in working with couples who may feel lost or disconnected in their relationship & are looking to re-establish their bond with one another.
Working in a trauma-informed manner, my style is relational, warm, & holistic with the mindset of fostering expansiveness & healing. I believe that the therapeutic process should not be a “one size fits all” approach, but rather, a crafted collaboration within the therapeutic relationship; where there is a context for pain & safe presence in your healing.
