When something in your life isn't working, when everything that usually keeps you going isn't enough, therapy can help – but it's hard to get help when you're worried about stigma. I'm deeply familiar with LGBTQ+ communities (including the ace/aro spectrum), as well as geek/fandom/gamer culture, alternative lifestyles and relationship styles like BDSM and consensual non-monogamy, as well as alternative spiritualities such as Paganism. Many of my clients are transgender, autistic-identified, and/or in the tech industry, though I work with a variety of backgrounds.

I am passionate about working with people in transition of all kinds, particularly exploring gender and sexuality, relationship styles, spirituality, and trauma, as well as understanding neurodivergence. As a Gestalt therapist, I practice experientially when possible. I have a large toolbox of techniques customizable to individual client needs.

I'm interested in helping you reach your own goals without judgment. Many of my clients come to me for collaboration around life transitions, identity exploration, and how to function in a society designed for neurotypical people.
