I am trauma-competent and also use mindfulness, CBT / DBT, movement, and music to help you find a container of healing that works for you. I specialize in deep dive reprocessing.

My universal objective is to guide you in unlocking your own inner healer to help you navigate obstacles in the way of nurturing yourself and strengthen the relationship of love and beauty that is in you. Ideally you have coping skills and life stability already so that we can dive efficiently into the shadow realm to enable lasting psychological healing.

Life is messy and I believe it takes meaningful relationships to make sense of this mess and to accept it.
