I specialize in working with those who seek to find psychological flexibility in times of great pain. We live through many cycles and seasons in our lives that shape our own becoming. While this journey can be full of complexities that are difficult to process, it is my desire to remind you of your innate wisdom, resiliency, and humanity. I aim to help you rediscover who you are outside of diagnoses and the residue left from trauma. We may collaborate to understand your internal landscape, gaze at your own wounds with compassion, and to build new narratives for your lived experiences moving forward.
My mission as your therapist is to provide you with nonjudgmental guidance and to aid you in the exploration of mind-body-spirit connection. This path we take may include somatic awareness, parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, yoga, mindfulness, collaborative contemplation, and a compassionate presence during life’s deepest circumstances.
