I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified integrative life coach with experience providing psychotherapy and coaching to children, adults and families. I see individuals struggling with a wide range of issues including job and relationship stressors, issues with self-esteem, and those seeking support to process past trauma or a recent loss.
In addition, I specialize in working with neurodiverse children and adults as well as their families and caregivers. My approach with children, in particular, is inclusive, strengths-based and includes the active participation of parents and caregivers as an integral component of treatment.
While I incorporate ongoing research in mind/body medicine and neuroscience into my practice, my work is grounded in the belief that in a creative, compassionate and supportive environment change is not only possible but often inevitable.
