You’re feeling overwhelmed. Adulting is harder than anyone prepared you for. The person you show people has their sh-t together. In reality, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, irritable, but you put on that “I’ve got this under control” mask. At night you try and fall asleep, but your mind won’t stop racing about all the what-ifs and to-dos. Whether it’s college courses, a new career, parenting, navigating your relationships, things are often more challenging than we imagined. You feel like you’re failing. Like you’re drowning, trying to catch your breath.
Therapy can help you feel less anxious, more connected, present, and able to actually enjoy the successful life you’ve worked so hard to create. We’ll work together to examine your troubles whether they’re present focused or resulted from your past. The majority of my clients are LGBTQ+, a POC, and neurodivergent. I often work with millennia parents as well
