In reality, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, irritable, but you put on that “I’ve got this under control” mask. At night you try and fall asleep, but your mind won’t stop racing about all the what-ifs and to-dos. Whether it’s college courses, a new career, parenting, navigating your relationships, things are often more challenging than we imagined. You feel like you’re failing.
