As a solution‑focused therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to understand its impact and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I provide individual therapy to adults with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns, using an approach that is direct, supportive, and respectful.
I am formally trained in EMDR therapy for trauma resolution and help clients process difficult experiences in a safe and structured way. I am also licensed to treat drug, alcohol, and other addiction-related issues, and provide counseling that meets the requirements for Impaired Driver Programs for license reinstatement in Vermont and New Hampshire.
