My ideal client is introspective, honest, and engaged in doing the work necessary for personal growth. I am passionate about helping others heal from trauma, especially attachment trauma from childhood, and I believe that looking into your past can help you explore how you became the person you are today and grow into the person you want to be.
I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, sex/pornography addiction, sexual deviance, and PTSD. I pull from an array of evidence -based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to psychodynamics, systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
