Life can feel complicated—emotions get heavy, hope can seem distant, and relationships often bring uncertainty. My therapeutic approach begins with creating safety and trust, because I believe a strong foundation is essential in a counseling relationship. As a therapist, I recognize the deep responsibility of being invited into your private world, and I hold that with respect and care. Whether or not trust has been broken in the past, my commitment is to provide a safe space where the hard things can be spoken out loud and the wounds of addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, or brokenness can be explored and understood.
I see it as a privilege to sit with others as they explore the parts of themselves that carry shame, fear, or hopelessness and, in turn, create room for hope and healing. It is an honor to answer God’s call to join people in their most difficult seasons, trusting in His deep love and care for each person.
Being intentional in searching for a therapeutic space shows courage, and it matters—because you matter. My hope is to walk alongside you, offering support as you recognize and challenge the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that get in the way—so you can grow, embrace life with greater joy, and be reminded of your inherent worth.
