I am a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania, with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling, and I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

I work with adults and families who are experiencing conflict within their family systems, helping them improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier relationships. In addition, I support adults struggling with addiction by helping them identify the emotional and behavioral patterns that contribute to their substance use.

I create a safe space for clients to share and discuss emotional stressors, while developing coping skills and strengthening communication skills. This is done through active listening, validation of emotions, being supportive, encouraging, and adapting to the needs of clients served.
