My practice is integrative: weaving elements of nature, body-centered expression and a receptive, feminine/masculine balanced approach. I collaborate with integrative health professionals including practitioners of indigenous and Ayurvedic medicine to provide you - as individual or a couple - with a holistic experience that honors body-mind-spirit.

Did drugs or alcohol have impact on your family life? This confidential group provides therapeutic support in matters of safety & growth as family that's learning from addiction crisis. The group is facilitated within framework of Harm Reduction Psychotherapy & Person-centered therapy models. As facilitator of the group, I draw my knowledge from years of experience living and learning from of indigenous ceremony leaders in South America, especially Ayahuasca ceremony.

Ethical non-monogamy curious & practicing.
This group will start with at least 6 weekly participants committing for a 3 month period. The group is closed (no "revolving door" attendance is allowed"). The focus of the group is to explore emotional challenges, safety and integrity issues for people who consider ethical non-monogamy or practice it. The group is also open to people who seek support while having affairs and struggling with opening up about it to their partners. Monogamous couples considering sex-positive relationship are welcome.
