Overwhelm has become a way of life lending to feelings of anxiety, depression and disconnect. This leads to disruptions relationally with others and ourselves. Understanding how we think, feel, and behave can begin with better self-worth, mood and relationships. I’m not a nod-and-smile, vanilla sort of therapist. By using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Relational Life Therapy techniques I can help you develop more positive beliefs about yourself leading to healing and better relationships.
