Whether you're an adult struggling with work, relationships, parenting, general life or a teen trying to make it through the school day. I work with teens to help them communicate their needs, make sense of their world, and build the skills for managing their mental health and overall happiness. For adults, I help them to calm their thoughts and find passion in their life, relationships, and work. I also offer services for help with addiction.
I utilize an interactive and engaged approach to therapy, drawing from mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and depth theories. Each person is treated in a holistic manner to understand all the aspects that cause distress to your unique situation. These often involve an exploration of both mental and physical symptoms and their effects on your life.
