I've struggled with inner pain ("The Voice") since adolescence. This journey led me to spiritual and self-help practices, and ultimately my own psychotherapy and advanced education. With nearly 30 years of experience in mental health, I've helped hundreds of men and women feel better. I believe we all seek love, respect, inner peace, and happiness.
