Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to success, and that’s something we will work towards together.
My mental health experience includes 5+ years of work with clients in all forms of crisis and all manner of difficulties in their lives. My clinical interests include resiliency training, motivational interviewing, stress management, substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and working with fellow service members and first responders.
