Our clinicians utilize a variety of treatment approaches including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, DBT, MI, CBT, NLP/hypnotherapy techniques, EFT/ tapping, Internal Family Systems as well as meditation work to help our clients with their emotional and behavioral symptoms.
