I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive atmosphere to help you explore and find your authentic self and voice. I believe in tailoring the treatment to the individual and am comfortable using mind-body techniques and cognitive-behavioral interventions as needed for anxiety, depression, sexuality and gender concerns, relational issues and substance use. Of special interest to me is working with couples and other relationship dynamics. I have post graduate training in Gottman therapy as well as extensive training around human sexuality.
I am an AASECT certified Sex Therapy and can help with relationship issues from from mismatched libido to negotiating consensual non-monogamy as well as individual concerns around sexuality or gender identity. I am LGBTQIA +, CNM and Kink friendly.
When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m hiking with my dog, Wookie (who is in training to be a therapy dog!). Or working on my 13 acre homestead in Conifer, CO where I live with my partner, three children, two dogs, two cats, bunny, seven goats, twenty chickens and four pigs.
