I use a client-centered approach to provide a safe and supportive space. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth and conversational, focusing on authenticity and collaboration. I specialize and work with children (ages 7+) and adults on LGBTQ+ mental health, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and life transitions.
I understand the unique issue of identity and intersectionality and am passionate about helping children and adults live more fulfilled lives. I have utilized multiple treatment approaches, including eye movement and desensitization processing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and client-centered approaches.
