My Cognitive Behavioral/Mindfulness approach focuses on reframing the negative self talk by creating new thoughts and behaviors. Helping you find more energy, motivation, clarity, and balance in your daily life is what I strive for as a therapist. My approach is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages growth and self reflection.
