Many of my clients come to therapy seeking healthier ways to communicate with others and address their own issues with self regulation. Often times they need to understand how to "connect the dots", between their present state of functioning and unresolved issues from past hurts, traumas, and patterns of behavior.

I can help in several ways. First by listening, and being able to point out areas that may be challenging to address, in order to build a better understanding of underlying problems, patterns of behavior, and ultimately hidden strengths that will lead to problem solving and resolution of inner conflict.

It is a normal part of our human experience to fear the unknown. Many come to therapy with no frame of reference of what to expect or discuss.
