Working on your mental health can feel uncomfortable and overwhelming, and getting started can be one of the biggest challenges. My clients primarily struggle with anxiety, OCD, school avoidance, behavioral concerns, and intense family dynamics. We work together on changing unhelpful patterns, improving relationships, and feeling more satisfied with the life they're living.

I take a client-centered approach, allowing you to take the lead in identifying your needs and goals. I draw on training with CBT, I-CBT, DBT, and ERP to support you in making the changes you are looking for.
