Welcome everyone. I am excited to meet you. Life can be tough. The everyday demands of school, family and our careers can be overwhelming. There will be times when we just need someone to listen, and there will be times when the adversities of life can leave us in need of developing certain skills to help us cope. We cannot always control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond and look after ourselves. Let's work together, develop a plan for you, and create the life you want!

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to treat anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, teen angst and PTSD. We will work together to develop coping skills and implement goals for healthier living and peace of mind. I work with Preteen through Seniors, including First Responders and our U.S. Veterans.
