As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from many different backgrounds and stages of life. I currently work with adults and seniors who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress that can feel overwhelming at times. I use a mix of approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and a strengths-based perspective—so we can find what works best for you.
