I believe one of the bravest things you can do is understand your own story. My ideal client is focused on personal growth and healing. I strive to create a safe space to process feelings and explore new ways to understand your own thoughts and emotions. You deserve what you want out of life and nonjudgmental support to help you heal and grow from your past experiences. You are welcome to bring all your feelings and we will unpack and process them together. I will provide a warm, person-centered, strengths-based approach tailored to your individual needs.

I view mental health as mind-body-spiritual wellness. My experience as a yoga teacher guides my therapeutic approach with mindfulness, somatic experience, and a trauma-sensitive perspective. My goal as a therapist is to provide you space to develop personal insight, understand how your experiences have shaped you, and develop coping skills that work for you.

I have worked with clients who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, substance misuse, family violence, intimate partner abuse, and sexual abuse. My trauma-informed approach guides the therapeutic relationship to support growth and healing. I am here to listen and support you when you are ready and look forward to working together as a team.
