Effective counseling is dependent on building a strong and trusting counselor-client relationship to ensure space for growth, exploration, and goal achievement. It is a collaborative process, where we'll work together to identify your goals and come up with a plan to achieve them.
My goal is to learn about you, enter your world, and offer an empathetic, non-judgmental, caring, and accepting space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, pains, and ideas. Treatment is based on your goals and what you put into it. It requires inner work, which can be uncomfortable at times. I will hold a space for you on your journey to healing.
