Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Liberty University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help youth in the foster care system, adolescent struggles, and adults trying to become the best versions of themselves. I empower others to seek the core of their challenges and find effective skills to implement the desired change they want in their life.
I utilize an eclectic approach that is tailored to each individual client. I utilize person-centered therapy with the understanding of each person and their inherent worth. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work through thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and turn irrational thinking into more secure and healthy processing.
I have always had a passion to help other people. I have been on mission trips and through personal experiences wanted to inspire others to be their best self. Becoming a therapist has been a great tool and experience in helping fulfill that passion and purpose.
