Offering in person services in Herndon, VA, and telehealth throughout VA and DC, I work with people in the perinatal period: preconception, during pregnancy, and in the postpartum period. I also work to support people after TFMR and abortion, no matter the reason. The clients I work with may be suffering from postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or may just feel like things are really hard right now. They may have experienced traumatic births or losses, abortion, or the baby blues. It may also just be different than what that expected. Being a mom is really, really hard. Let's talk about it!

I am trained in EMDR and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I integrate family systems and feminist theories, and have completed extensive training in supporting moms in the perinatal period. I also believe, based on experience and research, that a primary indicator of success in therapy is the relationship between clinician & client.
