My specialty centers mostly around the use of Applied Behavior Analysis, assisting with decreasing maladaptive behaviors as well as employing appropriate replacement behaviors. I also utilize Acceptance an Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy methodologies, EMDR, and Sensory Psychomotor Therapy.
Holding compassionate space for others is a cornerstone of my practice. Working with empathy, care, and collaboration with clients is my ultimate goal.
