I have over fifteen years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My specialized training in multiple areas includes expertise in trauma and PTSD. The spectrum of trauma work includes emotional and physical abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and combat-related trauma. I work with many clients to improve self-esteem, anger, depression, anxiety, relationships and adjusting to a multitude of life changes. I am a client-centered clinician who works with you to identify, harness and strengthen your unique attributes to overcome the challenges you face. I am trained in various forms of assessments.
My practice focuses on healing from a holistic point of view, so that every aspect of your life can be improved by investing in yourself and your life. Therapy is a journey that we will walk together to remove the obstacles and barriers to manifest your ability to live your life to the fullest.
I believe the best healers are those who have been healed themselves. I have a passion for my work and feel blessed to work with others in the most challenging and the most rewarding journey of life. I welcome the priviledge to work together in making positive changes.
