You’re the one who keeps it together for everyone else but inside, you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or carrying experiences that still feel unresolved. To others, you may seem capable and composed. Internally, you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns: overthinking conversations, feeling on edge in relationships, navigating a life transition that’s shaken your confidence, or carrying past experiences that still impact you in the present. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are seeking clarity, steadiness, and a deeper connection to themselves.
My approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and focused on emotional safety. We’ll do meaningful work with room for lightness and humor. I also offer EMDR to help process trauma, anxiety, and negative beliefs at a pace that feels right for you.
