I have been working in the field of psychology for 20 years. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, marriage issues such as infidelity and sexual problems & challenges with everyday life (I recently became a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional). I also work with the LGBTQIA+ community. Having suffered from Peripartum Anxiety, I am extremely knowledgable on this topic, as well.
I have spoken to large groups of couples, moms groups, podcasts, & educational institutions about mental health. I am also a court approved expert. I have participated in Court Ordered anger management, reunification therapy, among other issues. I am also a professor of Psychology and know the latest / greatest research on many different topics.
