My work is somatic, relational, and psychodynamic. I use a mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy approach called Hakomi, which is rooted in Buddhism, for its focus on compassion and organic growth. I’m trained in Brainspotting, a trauma-healing modality that releases neurophysiological sources of emotional and physical pain.
