At Green Fig Therapy + Coaching, we help insightful, deep-feeling people build a life with more clarity, ease, and freedom. Often, the things that used to help you perform (or feel safe) now block you from what you're craving. This can feel like you're stuck, overwhelmed, or failing. But it's just a signal for change. When you're able to release old patterns and outgrown roles, it frees up space for YOU. We help you identify what's not serving you and release what's not yours to carry.

We offer individual psychodynamic therapy, ADHD and DBT therapy and coaching, and decluttering therapy. DBT is a highly effective, skills-based approach that offers practical tools; decluttering therapy provides support for those struggling with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, or who are struggling with burnout or feeling overwhelmed.
