I am passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in grief and loss, self esteem, parenting challenges, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, teen issues, and support for caregivers.

I am excited about our new in person office in Alamosa, CO but I do, also, offer video sessions for anywhere in Colorado which makes therapy very convenient.
