Dana has a social justice philosophy toward her counseling approach, her priority is to help you explore ways to make changes in your life that will allow you to look to the future with hope. Dana uses a variety of techniques and therapies to help you achieve your goals: this may include Reality Therapy, R.E.B.T.' self-care, mindfulness, and Brainspotting.
Dana brings with her many years experience working with children, families, and individuals. She graduated from Ashford University with a BA in Psychology and she obtained her MA from Lakeland University. She is continuing her studies to be Licensed Professional Counselor. Dana enjoys working with children families, individuals counseling, group therapy.
