Offering Grief Support Groups-Visit Website. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy sessions in a safe comfortable non-judgmental environment. I enjoy helping clients walk through their past to help them learn how to enjoy the present while creating a great future by changing their thinking to better influence their actions and feelings. I have experience working with those in the criminal justice system. I also have experience working with domestic violence batterers and survivors. Those experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and anger management problems will feel comfortable sharing their experience.
I utilize a key component of self-care and self-love to assist clients to gain a stronger more confident self image. Clients can expect to have fun interactive homework assignments.
Even though I work with families and group therapy I am well versed in utilizing person centered strategies for individuals. I assist clients that have body image issues and survivors of physical and sexual abuse. I help those that maybe leaving the workforce and transitioning into retirement and don't know what their next move will be.

Healing Hearts Grief Support Group
GROUPS WILL BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER. Each meeting is led and guided by a licensed clinician. You will have learning opportunities, including understanding the Stages of Grief and the difference between grieving and mourning, among other topics. You will also form a community where you can gain support and engage in a collective learning experience.
