I provide therapy to adults who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts and depression - challenges that often arise with stress, life changes or trauma. I specialize in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate therapy for both mothers and fathers experiencing postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety, intrusive thoughts and the emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy, the postpartum period and early parenthood. I also support parents who have experienced pregnancy loss, stillbirth or infant loss, creating a space to grieve, process and begin to heal.

Many of my clients are high-functioning, sensitive, and thoughtful individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, panic, or self-doubt. I incorporate a blend of CBT, mindfulness and somatic practices. As your therapist, I'm not here to judge you, I'll help you build awareness, teach you to calm your nervous systems and reconnect with your sense of self.

Talking with a therapist is different than talking with a friend/family member. You can tell me what feels challenging to say out loud to others. I work collaboratively with you to process your feelings and develop new skills, so that you don’t need to be in therapy forever. I support people of all sexualities, identities and family backgrounds.
