Have you ever felt like you're not good enough, or that you're being pressured to be someone you're not? These messages may come from family, work, media, or society, and might be outright, or subtle. Maybe you've come to believe these messages and start repeating them to yourself, and you've lost touch with yourself, have taken on values that aren't yours, or cause problems in your relationships. I help my clients reconnect with themselves and what's important to them so that they can create a stronger sense of self and live the life they want. My work centers Black and Brown people, but support I people from all backgrounds.
We'll work together to help you develop new insights and awareness so that you can make new choices, ones that are right for you. I focus on building a real connection, and keep it real with you and hold you accountable for what you have control over. I use my experience as a mindfulness meditation teacher to build self-compassion and clarity.
You don't have to face your challenges or look for relief alone. In fact you aren't meant to, everyone needs support sometimes. You might not be sure about taking the next step, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation as a chance to learn more about me and how I work and to see if we might work well together. I hope to hear from you! Take care out there,
