Do you sit in bed at night or drive in your car in silence worrying about your past, present or future. Perhaps you feel guilty about an argument you just had with your child? We all struggle with managing the emotions inside our head and probably have been left to wonder, does everyone feel this way? Whether you’re a child or an adult, we all have big emotions inside of us. Sometimes those emotions can be too much and we find ourselves stuck in a negative thinking cycle, unsure how to get out.
My name is Dana Koziara. I have worked with children, adults and families for over 12 years teaching them concrete skills to improve communication and daily functioning. I can help support you in developing the skills and gaining the correct tools to manage those overwhelming emotions and feel in control of your own mind.
Together we can focus on any skills you are hoping to improve for yourself such as improving boundaries, problem solving, better communication, managing anxiety and reducing stress. You will always be provided a safe and secure environment when working with me. It will take time, as healing does not happen overnight but change is possible.
