I am dedicated to working with teens, adults and couples in managing stressful situations / life transitions by providing a non-judgmental space to gain awareness of patterns and situations, and guidance in moving forward. I offer years of experience in working with substance use disorders, couples counseling, codependency, stress management, communication skills, anxiety, depression and trauma.
With a style that is more directive than reflective, clients are encouraged to identify patterns and fulfill the life they want to be living rather than being "stuck".
I utilize my experience in both private practice, as well as experience working in the PHP/IOP setting to provide an approach that is both relatable and aligned to my client needs and values. I also have experience working in both the non-profit and corporate setting, allowing me to have a unique perspective to workplace challenges.
