We all experience difficult times and sometimes it takes a professional to assist in the healing process and that’s ok. I want to provide you with a safe and open environment. I can offer a space of comfort, mutual respect and trust.
For nearly 20 years, I have been working with children, teens, women, and parents. Working with women and teenagers will always be a passion but I am committed to helping people experiencing substance-abuse. I work with clients using a variety of approaches, some include: trauma-focused, crisis intervention, person-centered, cognitive behavioral.
I believe that we all deserve peace and happiness. I want to be realistic with my clients. It may take some time to work through whatever you may be struggling with, but it's possible. I want to provide a space where you feel acknowledged and supported. Feeling better, being better, takes a commitment. Therapy allows you the opportunity.

Women empowerment (The pink starbust))
Women of all ages and stages of their life are welcomed. I want create and environment where we learn to love ourselves, which will eventually radiate out to others. This group will be six weeks with identified topics for each session. Some of the topics consist of self-care, self esteem, coping skills. Began your journey of becoming the pink starburst in your life.
