I help those who are stressed out, overthinking, and struggling to navigate in their day to day lives. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma and my approach starts with curiosity, empathy, and an understanding that you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to figure out what will help you to live a life that feels better, more aligned with your wants and needs.
My treatment is always trauma-informed, collaborative, and pulls from multiple evidence based models, such as CBT and EMDR, with a focus on psychodynamic theory. My hope is to create an inviting, warm space that is safe for you to explore and learn.
