I am a Syrian, Queer, & Genderfluid clinician. As an immigrant kid raised in the subcultures of the Pacific Northwest, my therapy practice is inspired by writers, creatives, and organizers who reach from the margins to rebelliously expand the possibilities of existence. I believe the personal is deeply political, and therapy can be a tool to help us identify how our bodies, relationships, and internal beliefs have been shaped by systems of power. I utilize big curiosity, warmth, and a big desire to build an affirming relationship with each person I work with, to grow a space that can hold pain, levity, and everything in between.
I am informed by Psychodynamic theory, Relational therapy, Internal Family Systems, Jungian Dream Analysis, and Somatic Strategies. I graduated from the University of Michigan SSW’s SHCP in the Spring of 2023 with a certificate in Sex therapy.
My areas of passion are; QTPOC, SWANA, supporting survivors of Sexual Violence, Childhood Emotional Neglect, Sexual health, Asexuality, Complex PTSD, Dissociation, Plurality, and Polyamory. I believe therapy is heart work rooted in relationship building. I am honored to support those who entrust me as a collaborator in their healing journey.
