As a Clinical Psychologist, I have spent the past 15 years working with children, adolescents, & adults who are struggling with anxiety/stress, depression, behavioral issues, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), coping with chronic medical conditions, & adjustment / transition issues (e.g., transition to college). Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work in hospitals, specialty medical clinics, and community mental health.
My warm, relaxed, and collaborative approach to therapy is evidence-based and driven by genuine desire to help people feel more empowered, resilient and in pursuit of the life they want. During sessions, I believe my role is to help provide research-driven education, teach coping skills, & build insight and awareness that helps you reach your goals.
